Susan goes above and beyond for her clients and I am happy to provide some feedback re my home buying experience. It actually took almost six months and a few offers to finally find the home of my dreams. Susan never became frustrated with the process, she remained engaged and enthusiastic throughout the entire search. She is a great communicator and made herself available long outside of business hours and on the weekends. We were terribly disappointed by MSC Mortgage's handling of our loan. Megan Kendrick and Nija Ross did not communicate and actually dropped the ball regarding the completion of tasks so we were forced to delay closing 24 hours. Buyer and seller were affected and had to hold home goods overnight and find lodging. Thank goodness that Susan was involved in ALL aspects of the home buying process as she quickly addressed the missteps of others and corrected the situation before further delay. I will continue to recommend Susan to any and all home buyers in our area as I truly feel that she's a dedicated, thoughtful, realistic, energetic and hard working realtor.
