Susan goes above and beyond for her clients and I am happy to provide some feedback re my home buying experience. It actually took almost six months and a few offers to finally find the home of my dreams. Susan never became frustrated with the process, she remained engaged and enthusiastic throughout the entire search. She is a great communicator and made herself available long outside of business hours and on the weekends. We were terribly disappointed by MSC Mortgage's handling of our loan. Megan Kendrick and Nija Ross did not communicate and actually dropped the ball regarding the completion of tasks so we were forced to delay closing 24 hours. Buyer and seller were affected and had to hold home goods overnight and find lodging. Thank goodness that Susan was involved in ALL aspects of the home buying process as she quickly addressed the missteps of others and corrected the situation before further delay. I will continue to recommend Susan to any and all home buyers in our area as I truly feel that she's a dedicated, thoughtful, realistic, energetic and hard working realtor. Even after the bid on our new home was accepted, Susan has assisted us in arranging for painting to be done prior to moving in and has helped us to find other service providers. Over our 40 years of buying and selling homes we have never had anyone that even comes close to the services and professional knowledge of Susan Katanic. Over a 6 month period of searching for, buying and and moving to a new home she never ceased to amaze us with her ability to reach far beyond the efforts and knowledge of any other realtor we have worked with. From the moment we met Susan she was and still is a bundle of excitement, she spoke with a positive vision of things to come and with an attitude that she was going to sell our house, and find us a new home. At first, I thought it was a sales pitch attitude, but to see Susan in action, showed us how wrong we were during the showing of our house and the closing of our house. Let me share with you a little bit about myself, I am in the new home building industry, I build new homes for a living and I have seen many Realtors in action, and just to say, I am not impressed with what I have seen with them. I have bought and sold many houses in my lifetime and this is the first time I really had to, and wanted to share just a little of our experience with everyone at Michael Saunders & Company. Susan Katanic is an awesome Realtor, person and now we can say she is a friend. We are so impressed with Susan we are purchasing a new house and working with her again. If Catherine and I had to do this all over again we would have to work with Susan Katanic again. I recommend Susan Katanic to all who are Sellers and buyers of new or used homes. We recently purchased a vacation home on Longboat Key. We worked with Susan Katanic. We found Susan through luck — just by doing a web search of properties and ending up on her page. How lucky we were!! Susan was nothing short of fantastic through the whole process, and she remains fantastic even though we have already closed the deal. I recently purchased a nice little condo in Bradenton with the excellent, professional help of Susan Katanic. I had tried two other realtors before finding Susan and could not be happier that I did.She was instrumental in finding and helping me finance this property that I now call home. All this with me never stepping foot into the property until the day of signing. No surprises and just what I wanted and was looking for, all within my budget. Susan met and exceeded all my expectations.I have purchased over a dozen properties in several states in my lifetime and this was by far the best experience of them all, due to Susan’s abilities and experience.
